Celebrating Customer Wins: 12 Badges in the Spring G2 Awards

Letter AI had another quarter of tremendous progress across multiple fronts - growing our team with amazing new colleagues, delivering wins for both current and new customers, and pushing the frontier of revenue enablement with our AI-native solutions.  We are excited to see this progress reflected in the G2 Spring 2025 report.

Letter earned 12 badges this quarter, doubling the number we received just last winter. These achievements recognize not only the pace at which our team innovates, but more importantly, the deepening partnerships we have with you - our customers. 

Our favorite aspect of the recognition is how much these rewards showcased our customer obsession.We loved to see our customers highlighted us for the following awards: Users Most Likely to Recommend, Easiest to Use, Best Support, and Easiest to do Business With. Of course, we also were proud to be recognized as a High Performer across multiple fronts.

Looking back over the quarter, one of the best parts for the Letter team was a campaign called “Letter Listens.” In the video series (check it out here!), we highlighted all the ways in which we ship at an unmatched velocity to deliver on customer needs - including highlights from customers like Lenovo, Domo, Zip, Aidoc, and more.

Looking forward, we will continue to stay focused on one core principle: making our customers exceptionally successful. Every conversation, piece of feedback, and new user gets us a step further in delivering the future of enablement that GTM teams deserve.

So while we are truly honored to be recognized as a High Performer and filled with gratitude to receive these awards, the greatest source of pride for this team is being able to confidently say that Letter Listens.
